FFHOA DECLARATION OF CC&Rs
The Fishers Farm Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) for Fishers Farm. The CC&Rs are the limits and rules placed upon each Fishers Farm homeowner. The CC&R document is legally binding for all Fishers Farm homeowners and is on file in the Hamilton County Recorders Office. Homeowners are required to abide by the CC&Rs upon purchase a home in a Fishers Farm. Homeowners are required to ensure that their renters abide by the CC&Rs.
The Fishers Farm Architectural Standards assure the preservation of the architectural style of Fishers Farm.The Architectural Standards are intended to ensure that proposed exterior architectural plans conform to the exterior design and existing materials of the buildings established by the builder in the construction of the homes in the Fishers Farm community. Furthermore, the Architectural Standards are intended to assist Fishers Farm homeowners in the architectural design and planning process.
ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW REQUEST
The FFHOA Board reviews all plans for exterior improvements planned for homes in the Fishers Farm community. "Improvements" include, but are not be limited to, paint or stain colors, fences, patio slabs, patio covers, decks, above ground spas, play and sports equipment, as well as landscape planting, sidewalks and other concrete work. Prior to signing any contracts or beginning any exterior improvements, homeowners are required to submit a completed Architectural Review Request form to the Board.
The FFHOA bylaws document is currently being reviewed by the Board and our attorneys. Once they are approved, a copy of the FFHOA bylaws will be published here.
CODE OF CONDUCT
